Mung Bean Soup

1. Wash the pork bones, cut into pieces and blanch them; soak mung beans in water for 2 hours; peel off the skin of Sha Ge, wash and cut into pieces.

2. Put mung beans, sago, pork bones and ginger slices in an electric clay pot, add 1 liter of water to boil for 2 hours.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
