Mung Bean Soup Cat Ears
1.
Add a little salt and an egg to the flour.
2.

3.
Roll the dough into pancakes about 6 mm thick and cut into cubes about 1 cm in size.
4.
Hold one end with your hand and push forward.
5.
Make cat ears.
6.
The boiled mung bean soup is boiled and poured into the cat's ears.
7.
Cook until the cat’s ears are all floating, soft and large, then turn off the heat.
Tips:
The dough must be kneaded harder. Adding salt and eggs will make the dough more crunchy. I always prepare mung bean soup and dough in the evening, and it saves a lot of trouble when I make them the next day. You can make more cat ears at a time, put them in the refrigerator, and use them each time.
