Mung Bean Sprouts Yuba Noodle Soup

Ingredients: noodles, mung bean sprouts (cleaned), yuba (soaked, cleaned and cut into sections).

Boil the noodles in a pot of water and cook for 5 minutes.

Then, combine the cleaned mung bean sprouts and the cut yuba, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
6.
Add appropriate amount of MSG, seasoning and stir well. Serve.
