Mushroom and Bone Soup

All the materials are cut, and the bamboo fungus is soaked.

Add water to the pot, add a little salt and ginger to a boil

Put the pig with the bone in it and blanch it to remove the foam

Take out the same bone, don't pour out the soup! I'll use it as a stock later, it's delicious

Add a little oil to the hot pan, add ginger and garlic to burn the aroma

Put the mushrooms (except bamboo fungus) and carrots into the pot together, add a little salt and sugar, and cook wine

Put the same bone in to copy out the fragrance

Pour the broth and bring to a boil

Pour into a casserole, add bamboo fungus, and simmer for an hour and a half

Serving a plate
