Mushroom and Edamame Chicken Drumstick Soup

Ingredients: chicken drumsticks (washed and blanched), fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed and cut), plum beans.

Peel the plum peas and wash them.

Put the blanched chicken legs and peeled edamame into the pressure cooker.

Next, add some water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Cover the lid and cook over a medium-to-low heat. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat.

After simmering until no gas, open the lid, add in the fresh mushrooms and boil for 3-4 minutes.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season to mix and serve.
