Mushroom and Rape Leaf Soup

Pick the rapeseed and wash it.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance and cut into slices. Dice green onion, mince ginger, and cut tomato into slices.

Cut rape leaves into strips. (I ate the stalk stir-fry)

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it.
5.
Add shiitake mushrooms and green onion ginger and stir fry until fragrant.
6.
Add water to a boil and cook for five minutes.
7.
Add the rape leaves and cook for 2 minutes, add salt and chicken powder, mix thoroughly, add the tomatoes and boil.
8.
The prepared soup.
Tips:
Shiitake mushrooms must be sautéed before adding water.
