Mushroom and Red Date Pork Rib Soup

Chop small pieces of ribs and soak in bleeding water and wash,

Pork ribs in cold water, add ginger and spring onion cooking wine, boil and remove the blood;

Soak the mushrooms in advance, soak the cordyceps militaris in water for 10 minutes, prepare the cleaned corn segments and dates;

Bring a proper amount of water to a boil, add spare ribs, mushrooms, Cordyceps militaris, scallions, sliced ginger, cooking wine and boil for 40 minutes.

Add dates, corn, salt, and chicken essence to taste, and cook for another 15 minutes. Just add the wolfberry before serving.
