I cleaned up the refrigerator and found that there was still a bag of scallops, let’s use it now

Mushroom and Scallop Porridge

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms

2. Then chopped up and set aside

3. Wash the rice

4. Add shiitake mushrooms

5. Soak the scallops with cooking wine

6. Then add it to the rice cooker

7. Then add ginger shreds

Note: The scallops must be soaked in cooking wine before use
