Mushroom Beef Ball Soup

Wash the beef balls and cut the cross flowers; wash the miscellaneous fungi and slice into blanching water; wash the coriander and chop it.

After the water is boiled, add ginger slices, miscellaneous mushrooms, beef balls, shrimp skin and cook for 15 minutes.

Add coriander, then add salt, chicken powder and pepper to taste.
