Mushroom Beef Fried Noodles

One leaf and one leaf of small rapeseed, open and wash

Dice the shiitake mushrooms after soaking, and dice beef, onion, garlic and ginger

Put more oil in the pan, add beef and stir fry when the oil is hot

Stir-fry for 1 minute, add diced mushrooms, diced onion, and minced garlic to continue to fry

Tips:
1. When eating at home, it's best to directly scoop the noodles into the pot of prepared fried sauce, mix well, and add salt and vinegar according to your own taste to taste better! It is not easy to mix well in the bowl.
2. The sauce can't be made too dry. I made it a bit dry. If the sauce is dry, add a little noodle soup to the noodles.
