Ingredients

Mushroom Beef Pasta

1. Shred the shiitake mushrooms after soaking, shred the beef, and cut large slices of ginger, set aside

2. Add ginger slices to the beef shreds, cooking wine, and salt for 15 minutes. After marinating, remove the ginger slices. Put oil in the pot and heat until 80%. Pour in the shredded pork, stir fry and change the color. Seasoning and set aside

3. After boiling the water, add the pasta and cook for about 13 minutes. Pour in the prepared beef shreds, sprinkle with black pepper and half a slice of lemon, and pour a little tomato sauce on a plate.

Tips:

When frying beef shreds, you must add tomato sauce. Firstly, the flavor is rich, and secondly, the sauce is beautiful. In addition, some pasta instructions are written in boiling water for 9 minutes, but I personally think that it is harder to taste. You can cook a little longer.
