Mushroom Beef Pasta

Prepare materials.

Cook the noodles first. After the water in the pot is boiled, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of olive oil, and add a small amount of pasta to let the noodles fall out naturally. Don't stir it quickly. When the roots of the noodles are softened, use chopsticks to gently flip a few times. Cook for about 8 minutes.

When the noodles are about 7-8 mature, remove them, put them in cold water and spread them out, and then drain the water.

Pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, mix well with chopsticks and set aside.

Next, make the sauce. Make a cross cut on the top of the tomato, heat it on the fire for a while, and peel it.

Mince beef, mince tomatoes, slice mushrooms.

Melt the butter in the pan, put the onion and garlic in the oil pan until fragrant, slowly sauté the onion over medium heat until the onion starts to change color.

Then add sliced mushrooms, corn carrot ham and stir fry.

Add tomatoes and some water and continue cooking.

When the tomatoes are soft and rotten, add salt, black pepper, soup, and basil to taste.

Mix the sauce and noodles well.
Tips:
◎When noodles are cooked in the pot, salt and olive oil must be added in advance to facilitate the flavor and prevent the noodles from sticking.
◎After removing the water, it can keep the taste chewy. The purpose of adding oil and stirring is to prevent the noodles from sticking when preparing the sauce.
◎The prepared sauce can be poured directly on the noodles or mixed well in the pot, according to your preference
