Mushroom Beef Sauce

Chop the beef and shiitake mushrooms separately.

Prepare 1 bowl of peanuts, half a bowl of white sesame seeds, 300 grams of beef tendon, half a bowl of chopped dried chili, 60 grams of dried mushrooms, chopped a garlic ball, and chopped a green onion.

Corned beef: add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and half a tablespoon of pepper to a bowl, marinate for 30 minutes.

Stir-fry the peanuts for 15 minutes, peeled and set aside.

Heat the pan with little oil, pour in the marinated beef, fry until the moisture is almost dry, remove it for use.

Rinse the oily pot, add the onion, minced garlic, and soybean paste when the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the beef and mushrooms and stir-fry for 20 minutes.
