Mushroom Beef Soup

Cut the beef against the grain, use light soy sauce, and marinate in salt for a while. Cut tomatoes and mushrooms into cubes and set aside the onions and dice into small pieces.

Boil the oil pan until it is five mature, pour corn oil into it, stir-fry the beef over high heat, and take it out of the pan.

Heat the oil in a pan until it is ripe, pour a drop of corn oil, put the tomatoes in the pan and fry them into a tomato paste for later use.

Pour the mushrooms and stir-fry on high heat. Then add beef.

Sprinkle in chopped green onion and pepper, and mix gently and evenly out of the pot.
