Mushroom Black Chicken Soup
1.
1. Wash the chicken pieces, remove some of the fatty parts, and pass them in hot water.
2.
2. Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms with warm water, add salt and soak for a while, I use wet shiitake mushrooms.
3.
3. Wash the red dates and wolfberry and set aside.
4.
4. I also put a carrot, washed and sliced for later use.
5.
5. Put the black-bone chicken, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, red dates and wolfberry into the pot together, add water just to cover everything, and I added a clove of garlic for seasoning. It tastes very fresh when it comes out of the pot.
6.
6. The chicken stew function option of the rice cooker I use is about an hour or so.
Tips:
I didn't add salt, but the soup is sweet after it is cooked. It is because of the addition of carrots and red dates, and because of the addition of shiitake mushrooms, so the soup is very fresh and delicious, but the final picture of the finished product was not taken, which is a pity.
