Mushroom Chestnut Chicken Feet Soup

1. Prepare the materials;

2. Clean the chicken feet and put it in the pot to blanch; (boil with water for 1~minute)

3. Cut off all the nails after fishing it out;

4. Put the chestnut in the water and boil for 5 minutes to remove, peel off the chestnut shell.

5. Wash the fresh mushrooms, soak them for a period of time, remove the stalks, and cut the cross flowers for the mushrooms with a knife; (convenient to taste)

6. Put all ingredients such as chestnuts, shiitake mushrooms, chicken feet, and sliced ginger into a clay pot;

7. Pour in an appropriate amount of water (according to your family's amount), boil on a high fire and slowly cook for 1.5 hours on a low fire;

8. Finally, turn off the heat and add a proper amount of salt to season it.

Tips:

The chestnut meat powder is tender and waxy after the soup is stewed. If you like the whole one, you can put the chestnuts in the pot half an hour later.
