Mushroom Chicken Braised Rice

Prepare the ingredients. Here is the serving size for 1 person. Cut the chicken into small pieces.

Soak the rice in warm water for about 2 hours in advance, as long as it can be crushed by hand.

After soaking the shiitake mushrooms, cut off the tail, and cut into shredded shiitake mushrooms for later use.

When soaking the rice, you can process the chicken. Add all the seasonings to the chicken and marinate it well.

Take out the soaked rice and put it in a bowl, then pour in boiling water that has just barely covered the rice, and first put it in a steamer and steam it for 20 minutes and take it out.

Mix the chicken and shiitake mushrooms and place them on the rice.

Put it in an ACA steamer or steamer and steam for 20 minutes on high heat.
