Mushroom Chicken Feet Soup

Ingredients: fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed), chicken feet (washed), ginger slices

Put the cleaned fresh shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Put the cleaned chicken feet and ginger slices into a pot of clean water, blanch them, and remove them.

Afterwards, put the blanched chicken feet into a pot of clear water, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil and cook for 7-8 minutes.

Then, add the cut fresh shiitake mushrooms to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
