Mushroom Chicken Soup

For the local chicken, clean the chicken first. The local chicken is very fat and doesn't like oil...so separate most of the chicken fat and chicken skin

Chicken, pot under cold water, blanch the water, boil for about two minutes, remove the chicken pieces, and rinse with hot water

The ginger is peeled and sliced, the red dates are not whole, so I use slices

Chicken + ginger + red dates + wolfberry, put in a casserole

Add enough water, cooking wine

After the chicken is boiled on high heat for about 5 minutes, put the oyster mushrooms and simmer for about 40 minutes.
