Mushroom Chicken Soup
1.
Debone chicken legs. This soup only uses 2 chicken legs, not whole chicken, so it is very convenient to make.
2.
Put cold water in a ceramic pot and pour the water for soaking the mushrooms to increase the flavor. Put the chicken drumsticks into the pot and add green onion and ginger. After boiling, remove the foam, then cook for about 15 minutes
3.
The shiitake mushrooms are soaked in advance, and the seafood mushrooms and okra are washed and set aside
4.
Heat up a wok, add a little oil, and fry the chicken thigh skin for fry
5.
Fry until the chicken skin turns yellow,
6.
Cut the fried chicken into pieces and set aside
7.
Stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and seafood mushrooms with pan-fried chicken oil.
8.
Stir-fry the moisture in the mushrooms until the moisture is dry
9.
The stewed chicken bones and green onion ginger are taken out to get a clear soup
10.
Put the fried mushrooms and chicken in a ceramic pot
11.
Add pepper
12.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes
13.
Open the lid, add salt and continue to cook for 5 minutes
14.
Finally, put the okra into the pot
15.
When it came out, I felt that the color was not enough, so I put a few goji berries.
Tips:
Remember that when the chicken is fried, the skin must be face down, and only the skin side should be fried.
