Mushroom Corn Soup

Prepare the materials.

Peel the potatoes and steam them in the pot;
3.
Corn washed and peeled;
4.
Blanch the mushrooms and slice them;
5.
Dice or mash the steamed potatoes;

Add 3 bowls of water to the pot, put the corn, potatoes and mushrooms in the pot, cook on medium heat for about ten minutes until all the ingredients are cooked;

Finally, add salt to taste.
Tips:
1. One medium-sized potato is enough; corn kernels are 150 grams;
2. After the potatoes are steamed, the diced soup will be clearer, and the soup will be turbid when pressed into mashed potatoes, please choose according to your needs;
3. The bowl in my house is relatively large, please add water carefully.
