Mushroom Egg Soup

Remove the roots of the purchased oyster mushrooms and put them in water to wash off the sand.

Tear the washed oyster mushrooms into small flowers by hand.

Knock the soil eggs into a bowl, put a little salt and beat them evenly.

Peel and chop garlic, chop chives into chopped green onions and set aside.
5.
Pour a proper amount of oil in the wok to heat up, add garlic and stir fry for a nice aroma.

Add oyster mushrooms and stir fry for a while.
7.
Pour in a large bowl of water and boil.
8.
Add salt, chicken essence, and pepper.
9.
Pour in the egg liquid slowly and boil.
10.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chives.
Tips:
The oyster mushrooms must be fried for a while and then boiled in water. I personally think that the soup cooked in this way is more delicious.
