Mushroom Frog

Rinse the frog with water and chop small pieces. (When I bought it, the master had already cleaned it.)

Add corn oil, oyster sauce, salt, cornstarch and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.

Soak the mushrooms in advance and wash them off.
4.
Cut the shiitake mushrooms in half. (This is more delicious and convenient to eat.)
5.
Soak the wolfberry and red dates with water.
6.
Chop the red dates.
7.
Chopped green onions.
8.
Spread the shiitake mushrooms on the plate.
9.
Put the marinated frog pieces on top.
10.
Sprinkle with wolfberry and red dates.
11.
Bring water to a boil and put the frog in it.
12.
Steam on high heat for 12 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
13.
The frog is tender and sweet, healthy and delicious.
