Mushroom Grilled Thousand Sheets

Thousand sheets are cut into wide strips and then knotted.

You can tie a single knot, or tie multiple knots together. Tie tightly, otherwise it will be easy to loosen during frying.

Three shiitake mushrooms, seven fungus, soaked hair.

After soaking, tear the fungus and slice the mushrooms.

Slice green onion and ginger, two star anise, two bay leaves, and a little cinnamon.

When the oil is 80% or 90% hot, add star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves. After frying the aroma, add the sliced green onion and ginger. When the green onion is fragrant, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a little sugar to stir fry.

Tips:
1. Fry two mushrooms in one plate like this.
2. There is a large amount of soy sauce, and the finished product is a little dark in color, so it can be replaced with light soy sauce.
