If you want to eat pizza, you don’t need to buy it. I teach you how to make it at home.

Mushroom Ham Lace Pizza

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

7. Knead the dough to the expansion stage and ferment at room temperature.

9. Cut the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices with a knife, diagonally slice the beef intestines into thin slices, shred the onion, and cut the broccoli into small flowers, and soak in light salt water for ten minutes.

10. Take the mozzarella cheese out of the refrigerator, defrost it and set aside

20. Put the ham on top of the dough

21. Roll up from the bottom edge and cut off the excess

22. Cut the rolled sausage sections into equal-length pieces, about 2 cm in length.

23. Dip the bottom of the sausage section with water and place it on the edge of the bottom of the pizza pan. Dip with water can make it stickier.

24. Use a fork to make some small holes in the middle of the bottom of the cake, and then brush a layer of tomato sauce

31. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese one last time

32. Preheat the oven in advance, and then put the pizza in the lower middle of the oven, set the upper and lower fire temperature to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

33. Baked

Tips:

1. The filling of the pizza can be freely chosen according to personal preference. Generally, the meat is put first, then the vegetables, and a layer of mozzarella cheese is sprinkled on each layer.
2. Pizza sauce can be bought ready-made directly, or directly replaced with tomato sauce.
3. The temperature and time of baking should be adjusted according to the performance of your own oven.
