I don’t like to eat mushrooms very much. Fried mushrooms don’t taste good at all, but I find that every time I go to a hot pot restaurant, I usually order mushroom soup pot. Then I thought I could try it at home, but I didn’t expect to eat it like this. It is simpler and more delicious than any way of eating. And it should be very nutritious.

Ingredients
