Mushroom Lean Meat Soup

The lean meat is marinated with appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce and soy flour, set aside

Mushrooms are cleaned

Boil with water first

Pick up and rinse with cold water
5.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add mixed mushrooms and lean meat
6.
Cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes
7.
Add some salt to taste

Pretend to enjoy
Tips:
Mushrooms are relatively cold, so boiling the soup after boiling water can reduce the coldness of mushrooms.
