Mushroom Lean Pork Congee

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in warm water and wash;

Cut into shiitake mushroom shreds;

After the three kinds of rice are cleaned, add a little oil and salt and set aside;

Chop lean meat into minced meat, add oil, salt, and ginger to soak for at least 5 minutes, and then cook under cold water (about 8 times the amount of rice);

After the water is boiled, remove the blood foam, add the rice, and boil the shiitake mushroom shreds;

Turn to low heat and cook for about half an hour to form porridge, then add salt and seasoning, sprinkle with chopped green onion when eating, it will be more fragrant!
Tips:
Children can eat it without chopped green onion, add the chopped green vegetables and cook for 2 minutes!
The salt can be left off at the end, because the porridge for children is best to be less salted, and the ingredients in front have been salted!
