This soup is made by Bao Dad today. It tastes great despite its bad appearance. I thought it was terrible, but I didn't expect it to be the first thing I didn't.

Yesterday the eldest son was nagging for several days to drink loofah soup. He happened to go to the morning market to buy one. He quickly made it and drank it at noon. The two of them went into the kitchen together, and the son beat him. It was quite fast. A table of vegetables was more than an hour. It's done, it's quite hearty, and it's well matched, it's nutritious, and it has meat and vegetables. Although Beijing is very cold today, seeing such heart-warming food is warm in my heart, this is happiness!

Today, I will focus on the recipe of this soup, which is explained in detail with pictures and texts! Don’t worry about some of the dishes, I will post them one by one afterwards to ensure that everyone has a good taste!
