Mushroom Meat Sauce

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in clean water to soften and wash, prepare minced pork

Add cooking wine to the minced pork, chopped green onion and mix well

Chop dried shiitake mushrooms into finely chopped pieces

Prepare tempeh, bean paste, sweet noodle paste

Pour the oil in the hot pan, add the tempeh and bean paste to burst the fragrance

Tips:
1. Different brands of Doubanjiang taste different, so adjust by yourself;
2. Boil the sauce slowly over a low fire to get the flavor of the sauce, so that it tastes the best;
