Homemade Shiitake Mushroom Meat Sauce, as a snack throughout the year, I use dried Shiitake mushrooms. The aroma of dried Shiitake mushrooms is stronger than that of fresh Shiitake mushrooms, and the moisture content is less. It is very suitable for making sauce.
