Mushroom Meat Sauce

First, the dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked and washed together with the washed rice whites and chopped into dice. The minced meat is marinated with cooking wine and green onion and ginger foam, and the green onions are chopped into minced foam.

Put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the marinated minced meat and stir fry

Add shiitake mushrooms and chopped rice whites and stir fry

Put the sweet noodle sauce, soybean sauce, and chili sauce in a bowl according to the amount, add appropriate amount of water to make a sauce

Pour the sauce into the pot and mix with other ingredients to simmer

When the sauce is thickened, turn off the heat, sprinkle some cooked white sesame seeds and chopped green onion to increase the flavor

Served in a bowl
Tips:
1. The sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste.
2. Fried sauce needs to put more oil, otherwise it will be easy to boil.
