Mushroom Minced Meat Sauce

Soak the mushrooms for half an hour. Wash it up.

Mince meat and shiitake mushrooms separately
3.
Add chopped green onion and mix well
4.
Heat the frying pan and fry the minced meat until the color changes
5.
Add black tempeh and some salt
6.
Stir fry evenly
7.
Set aside
Tips:
1. Put a little more oil when frying the meat sauce, otherwise it will stick to the pan.
2. Black tempeh is relatively salty, so use less salt. If black tempeh is not available, you can add various kinds of bean paste.
