Mushroom Peanut Chicken Feet Soup

Chop the chicken feet, boil water, put the chicken feet to a boil over high heat, put a tablespoon of cooking wine without covering the lid, and boil it again, remove and wash for later use.

Wash mushrooms, red dates, yam, lotus seeds, and lilies, and slice ginger.

Put all the ingredients into the pot together, and boil on a low fire for one and a half hours after the high fire.

Tips:
Chicken feet are better cooked than pork feet, so an hour and a half will do.
