Mushroom Pickle Soup
1.
Cut the pickles and mushrooms
2.
Carrots peeled and sliced
3.
Add cold water to the pot, add pickles
4.
Add carrots
5.
Bring to a boil over high heat and add oil tofu and mushrooms
6.
Cook for three minutes
7.
Add some chicken essence
Tips:
Note: pickles are salty, so no need to add salt
