Mushroom Rape
1.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in clean water for about half an hour, soak them softly and wash them off.
2.
Shiitake mushrooms are squeezed dry by hand and cut into diagonal slices.
3.
Pick and wash the rapeseed, add a little salt to the boiling water and blanch the rapeseed. When the vegetables turn green, immediately remove the cold water and squeeze the water to a plate for later use.
4.
Mince garlic.
5.
Sit in a pot and pour the oil, saute the garlic, add the rapeseed, stir fry, add a little salt, and set the chicken to a plate for later use.
6.
Pour oil in another pot and add the mushrooms. Slowly fry on low heat for about 4 or 5 minutes to get the aroma of the mushrooms. When sauteing shiitake mushrooms, add a little water, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, chicken essence, starch, and stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms to a bowl of juice.
7.
Place 2 to 3 rapeseeds in a pair on the plate and place them in a round shape. (My dish is too short to be placed in a circle) Just place the fried shiitake mushrooms in the center of the dish.
