I still remember that when I made this dish for the first time, the shiitake mushrooms were not soaked in advance, and they were thrown into the pot, so that they were laughed at by my family for a long time. Because I use dried shiitake mushrooms, it must be soaked in advance, and when cooking, the shiitake mushrooms must be boiled a bit more to avoid unripe.
