Yesterday’s dinner was eaten by myself at home. I originally planned to eat it with stir-fry, but think about it, if there is too much stir-fried, it can’t be eaten, and if it’s less, it can’t be stir-fried. Let’s just have a simple pimple soup.

Mushroom Seafood Pimple Soup

1. Mix flour and water into small lumps and let stand for 10 minutes

2. Prepare the ingredients

3. Cut the shiitake mushrooms, crab sticks, and green vegetables separately

4. Stir-fry the green onion stalks first

5. Then add shiitake mushrooms and crab sticks

6. Stir fry for a while

7. Add appropriate amount of water

8. The fire is boiling

9. Put the gnocchi and cook on medium heat

10. Finally put in the green cabbage leaves

11. Add a little salt and cook and serve

Tips:

The reconciled gnocchi will be more chewy after standing for a few minutes
