Mushroom Soup

Pick and wash the mushrooms. Tear into strips.

After blanching the water in the pot, take out the control water.
3.
Fry the chopped green onion in a pan.
4.
Add mushrooms and stir fry.
5.
Add a little soy sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water and simmer.
7.
After boiling, cook for another two minutes, add eggs and season with some salt.
Tips:
Mushrooms are best blanched before sautéing.
