Mushroom Soup

Materials ready

Cut various mushrooms to your favorite size
3.
Mince green onion, shred ginger, slice garlic
4.
Heat oil in a pan, saute ginger and garlic

Stir fry with mushrooms
6.
Stir-fry until the mushrooms are soft and cooked, add some water
7.
Bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes
8.
Add pepper
9.
Add the right amount of salt
10.
Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving
Tips:
Mushrooms like shiitake and straw mushrooms have a heavier taste. I put them relatively less. Friends who don’t like it can skip it or replace it with other mushrooms.
