Mushroom Stewed Chicken Soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients, wash and prepare for later use

2. Put the whole chicken in the casserole

3. Add cooking wine, ginger dates and spring onions

4. Simmer for three hours

5. Turn it over in two hours and add shiitake mushrooms and goji berries

6. Continue to simmer for one hour and two hours
