Mushroom Tian Tuan

Remove the handles and wash the mushrooms. Marinate for 15 minutes with salt.

Steam on the pot for 20 minutes.

Adjust the glutinous rice ball noodles into a paste, pour the mushrooms and coat the glutinous rice ball noodles.

Fry the mushrooms to golden brown at 80% oil temperature.

Scoop up the fried mushrooms and place them on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
