Mushroom Tofu Fish Soup

The crucian carp is cleaned.

Prepare oyster mushrooms and tofu.
3.
Cut the ginger and green onions.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, fry the fish in the pan and fry it slightly yellow on both sides.

Add boiling water, simmer on high heat for about three to five minutes, then turn to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add oyster mushrooms and cook.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
Tips:
1. To fry the fish, heat the pan with cold oil, and dry the water of the fish body.
2. Boil the fish soup and heat the water, and use cold water for the fish.
3. When boiling the fish, add ginger and green onions to make it more space to remove fishy.
