Tofu daughter usually doesn’t like it because it’s relatively light. It’s fresh and tasty with mushrooms and small shrimps. It’s both nutritious and delicious.

Mushroom Tofu Millet Shrimp

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. White jade mushrooms, remove the roots and wash

3. Tofu cut into small pieces

4. Put water in the pot and boil, add tofu and boil

5. Add white jade mushroom, shrimp, salt

6. Put oyster sauce

7. Dripping sesame oil before serving

8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions

Tips:

Millet shrimp is cooked in advance
