Mushroom Tofu Soup

Prepare fresh shiitake mushrooms, tofu, carrots, chives and other ingredients;

Carrots are peeled and washed, shredded; shiitake mushrooms are washed and drained, and sliced;

Heat a pan, pour a little oil, and stir-fry the mushrooms until fragrant;

Add carrot shreds and fry until soft;

Pour the broth and bring it to a boil. If there is no broth, add boiling water;

Put the tofu on the hand and cut into pieces directly, and put in the pot

Cover and bring to a boil over high heat, change to low heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes;

Put salt, chives, and coriander out of the pot.
Tips:
1. For shiitake mushrooms, choose a thick and meaty soup to taste delicious.
2. When cutting the tofu, put it in your hand and put it directly into the pot.
3. If there is no broth, you can use boiling water instead.
