Tips:
1. Add seasonings such as salt to the minced meat, stir in one direction, and marinate;
2. Add a few scallops when cooking the soup to taste more fresh. Don't wait for the water to boil and start squeezing the balls. The balls in a pot under boiling water are not easy to shape;
3. When squeezing the meatballs, put the meat filling with the left hand first to make the surface smooth, and then squeeze it out of the tiger's mouth; take the spoon with the right hand and put it into warm water;
4. Coat the surface of the spoon with a layer of oil, so that the meatballs will not stick to the surface of the spoon;
5. When the soup is boiled, the meatballs can float and you can add the seafood mushrooms. After boiling, boil for two minutes; add the tomatoes, and add salt to taste.
