Mushroom Vegetarian Chips

Remove the roots of the shiitake mushrooms.

Boil the shiitake mushrooms and set aside.
3.
Pick small flowers of broccoli and boil water for later use.

Wash and slice all ingredients.

Add oil to the pot, sauté the pepper powder and ginger slices into the pot, add the squash and radish slices, stir fry, add sugar, and cook the cooking wine.

Add onions and yams and stir fry.
7.
Add the cabbage slices and stir fry.
8.
Add shiitake mushroom slices, stir fry, add salt.
9.
Add the broccoli and stir well out of the pot.
10.
Delicious for toddlers and vegetarians.
