Mussels Pasta

After the water in the pot is boiled, add a little salt and olive oil, and add the pasta.

Boil the pasta to moderate softness and scoop it up for later use.

Put olive oil, dried chilies and garlic slices in a pot and sauté until fragrant for 20 seconds.

Put in the mussels with the meat facing down.

Slightly fry the mussels for 20 seconds.

Fry the mussel shells again and sprinkle with black pepper.

Then add the cooked pasta.

Add basil leaves.

Add the right amount of salt and stir fry for 5 minutes.

After being fried, put it on a plate and sprinkle some Parmesan cheese powder on it and serve.
Tips:
-There will be seaweed in the mussel meat, so be careful to pull out the seaweed when washing it.
-Basil leaves can be dried basil.
