Mustard Beancurd-delicious in A Few Minutes

All raw materials for mustard bean curd.

Cut the tofu into even small cubes and put them in a bowl.

Put it in a pot of boiling water and steam on high heat for 3 minutes. (For tofu, choose salted tofu. If it is unsalted, you can evenly sprinkle a little salt on the tofu)

Cut the mustard tuber into fine dices with a knife.

Wash the dried shrimps and finely dice other ingredients.

Heat oil in the pan, chop the green onion and ginger into minced pieces, add to the pan and stir fragrant.
