According to the food custom, I wanted to eat mustard rice at our hometown yesterday. Of course, this mustard rice is also a must for lazy people. Sometimes in my family I am lazy to cook, I like to make this kind of fried rice for my family. The ingredients are well matched, and the cold rice is relatively dry, so the fried rice will be fragrant.

Mustard Fried Rice

1. Prepare the ingredients used.

2. Add a little oil to the pot and stir fragrant sausages.

3. Take the sautéed sausage out of the pan, then beat in the eggs, fry until solidified, and then come out of the pan for later use.

4. Leave a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the mustard greens.

5. Add the cold rice and fry until the cold rice is loose.

6. Add appropriate amount of fine salt and cooking wine to enhance the flavor.

7. Put the fried egg, sausage and chives in the pan and fry until the ingredients are evenly flavored.

8. In this way, a mustard fried rice is complete.

Tips:

If you want fried rice to taste dry and fragrant, the cold rice should be dried a little bit, preferably the kind that is cooked one night earlier.
