Mustard Pork Liver

Slice the cooked pork liver for later use.

Wash the cucumbers.

Shred cucumber and green onion for later use.

Pour the mustard into a small bowl.

In order to make the mustard spiciness come out, first blanch the small bowl with boiling water, pour the mustard into the small bowl, add 20 grams of boiling water to the bowl, and cover it for about 15 minutes.

Mix vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil and pour it into a mustard bowl for 3 minutes.

Tips:
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce has salty taste, no need to add salt.
